            Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS and Ex-Serviceman category, who are selected on the same standard as applied to General category candidates and who appear in the general merit list, would be treated as General candidates owing to their merit. Such candidates are adjusted against unreserved point of the reservation roster. In other words, when a relaxed standard is applied in selecting an SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidate, for example, in the age limit, marks, etc., SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates shall be counted against reserved vacancies only. Such candidates would be deemed to be unavailable for consideration against unreserved vacancies. 13. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :- The details regarding name of the post(s), post codes, Exam Mode & educational qualifications as per the Recruitment Rules provided are as under:

अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग-एनसीएल / ईडब्ल्यूएस और भूतपूर्व सैनिक श्रेणी से संबंधित उम्मीदवार, जो सामान्य श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों पर लागू होते हैं और जो सामान्य मेरिट सूची में आते हैं, उन्हें उसी योग्यता के आधार पर चुना जाएगा, जो उनकी योग्यता के कारण सामान्य उम्मीदवार होंगे। । ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को आरक्षण रोस्टर के अनारक्षित बिंदु के खिलाफ समायोजित किया जाता है। दूसरे शब्दों में, जब एक अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग-एनसीएल / ईडब्ल्यूएस उम्मीदवार का चयन करने के लिए एक आरामदायक मानक लागू किया जाता है, उदाहरण के लिए, आयु सीमा, अंक, आदि में, एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी-एनसीएल / ईडब्ल्यूएस उम्मीदवारों की गणना की जाएगी। केवल आरक्षित रिक्तियों के विरुद्ध। ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को अनारक्षित रिक्तियों के खिलाफ विचार के लिए अनुपलब्ध माना जाएगा। 13. शैक्षिक योग्यता: - भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार पद के नाम, पद कोड, परीक्षा मोड और शैक्षिक योग्यता के बारे में विवरण निम्नानुसार हैं:

 

              Skill Test (Shorthand & Typing Test) for the posts of Sr. Personal Assistant & Personal Assistant (i) For being qualified in the MCQ test, the candidates (General Category) will have to score minimum of 50% marks i.e. 45 Marks (50% of 90 Marks) and candidates (under reserved category) will have to score minimum 45 % marks i.e. 40.50 Marks (45% of 90 Marks). The MCQ test shall be only qualifying in nature and the marks scored therein shall not be added in the final merit list. (ii) The descriptive test answer sheets of only such candidates will be checked who are found to have qualified in accordance with the criteria mentioned at point no. (i) above. The marks scored in the descriptive test shall be added in the final merit list. For qualifying the descriptive test (General Category) candidates will have to score 50 % marks i.e. 37.50 Marks (50% of 75 Marks) and for candidates (under reserved category will have to score minimum of 45 % marks i.e. 33.75 Marks (45% of 75 Marks) subject to a upper limit of 25 times of the total vacancies available. (iii) Candidate found qualified in the descriptive test in accordance with the criteria mentioned at point no. (ii) will be called for the skill tests for the post of Sr. Personal Assistant i.e. Shorthand test @ 110 w.p.m. and typing test @ 40w.p.m. and for the post of Personal Assistant Shorthand test @ 100 w.p.m. and typing test @ 40w.p.m. This skill tests (Short hand test & Typing test) shall be however qualifying in nature and marks scored therein will not be added in the final merit list

सीनियर पर्सनल असिस्टेंट और पर्सनल असिस्टेंट (i) के पदों के लिए कौशल परीक्षा (शॉर्टहैंड और टाइपिंग टेस्ट) MCQ टेस्ट में योग्य होने के लिए, उम्मीदवारों (सामान्य श्रेणी) को न्यूनतम 50% अंक यानी 45 अंक (50 अंक) प्राप्त करने होंगे। 90 मार्क्स का%) और उम्मीदवारों (आरक्षित श्रेणी के तहत) को न्यूनतम 45% अंक यानी 40.50 मार्क्स (90 मार्क्स का 45%) स्कोर करना होगा। MCQ टेस्ट केवल प्रकृति में उत्तीर्ण होगा और इसमें प्राप्त अंकों को अंतिम मेरिट सूची में नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा। (ii) केवल ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों की वर्णनात्मक परीक्षा की उत्तर पुस्तिकाएं जांची जाएंगी, जो बिंदु संख्या में उल्लिखित मानदंडों के अनुसार योग्य पाए गए हैं। (i) ऊपर। वर्णनात्मक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों को अंतिम मेरिट सूची में जोड़ा जाएगा। वर्णनात्मक परीक्षा (सामान्य श्रेणी) उत्तीर्ण करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को 50% अंक अर्थात 37.50 मार्क्स (75% के 50%) और उम्मीदवारों के लिए (आरक्षित श्रेणी के तहत) न्यूनतम 45% अंक यानी 33.75 अंक (45%) स्कोर करने होंगे। 75 मार्क्स उपलब्ध कुल रिक्तियों के 25 गुना की ऊपरी सीमा के अधीन हैं। (iii) उम्मीदवार ने वर्णनात्मक परीक्षण में बिंदु नंबर पर उल्लिखित मानदंडों के अनुसार योग्य पाया (ii) को पद के लिए कौशल परीक्षण के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। सीनियर पर्सनल असिस्टेंट यानी शॉर्टहैंड टेस्ट @ 110 wpm और टाइपिंग टेस्ट @ 40w.pm और पर्सनल असिस्टेंट शॉर्टहैंड टेस्ट @ 100 wpm और टाइपिंग टेस्ट @ 40w.pm के पद के लिए यह स्किल टेस्ट (शॉर्ट हैंड टेस्ट और टाइपिंग टेस्ट) होगा हालाँकि प्रकृति और अंकों में उत्तीर्ण होने को अंतिम मेरिट सूची में नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा
